DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

All of our purchases come specially gift wrapped using eco-friendly packaging.

Each swaddle will be carefully rolled and wrapped using recycled white tissue paper. Our swaddle care instructions card and step by step guide on how to safely swaddle a newborn will be placed on top, then if you choose to add a handwritten personal note to whoever you may be gifting the item to then please send us an email at swaddleuk@gmail.com

The gift wrapped item will then be sent in a 100% recyclable cardboard box with our signature swaddle uk logo.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We hope you love your products, but if for any reason you need to make a return then please contact us directly at swaddleuk@gmail.com

The product you are returning must be returned within 14 days and the product should be in perfect condition (in original packaging, not used, nor washed). We will then happily provide a full refund or exchange.

Any products that you buy during a sale will sadly not be returnable.
